Creating last wills and testaments, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives suited to clients’ wishes and circumstances. Advising clients on matters involving retirement accounts, life insurance, and jointly owned property.

Creating limited liability companies, for-profit corporations, non-profit corporations, and professional corporations. Advising businesses and non-profits on corporate governance and other legal matters. Assisting non-profits in applying for federal tax-exempt status.

Representing executors and heirs in the process of petitioning last wills and testaments for approval in the Probate Court. Advising executors and beneficiaries in the administration of decedents’ estates.

Representing and advising trustees and beneficiaries in the administration of trusts, including special needs or supplemental trusts for persons with disabilities.
